A Match Engineered in Heaven

It may be a bit cliché, but as David’s mom pointed out to the friends and family that gathered to celebrate the wedding of David and Teresa

It was a match engineered in Heaven.

David and Teresa met during their first week of school, freshman year, at the University of Toronto. They were both engineering students and over the next few years, the pair developed a friendship and bond that in their final year of University, surprised even themselves. When they each recognized the mutual attraction felt for one another, it seemed the two were destined to build much more together than originally anticipated. David surprised Teresa by proposing to her at the Pearson airport parking area as she returned home from a business trip.

This Fall, a stunning Teresa, donning a princess cut Eve of Milady silk wedding gown and sapphire blue satin-jeweled Manolo Blahnik heels, walked down the aisle at St. Paul’s Basilica and said “I do” to her awaiting prince.

The bridesmaids all wore a deep-purple hued silk gown from BCBG, matching perfectly with the groomsmen’s vests, and coincidentally the University of Toronto Engineering department. The girls all came with their game faces on, while most of the men were reduced to tears as David and Teresa pledged their love, commitment, friendship and honour to one another in the next stage of their lives together.

Every one of their guests enjoyed the evening’s celebrations, and we really enjoyed working with the cinematography team at Calico Cat Productions to capture the beauty and awe that seemed to emanate from this beautiful couple.

David and Teresa – we couldn’t be happier for the two of you or more honoured to have joined in your special day. Congratulations again.
