today was a good day

It was almost as if she was created with him in mind. She was the dot to his “i” and the cherry on his pie. If Eric was the question, Jamie was the answer. And in this enormous world of ours, their converging paths crossed. Not by luck and not by chance, but by some magnetic force. And when friends and family joined together one sunny autumn afternoon to celebrate the wedding of Jamie & Eric, we like to think the Gods or Fate or whatever it was, smiled and breathed a sigh of relief. Because today… today was a good day.

Jamie and Eric were married at St. Paul’s United Church - one of Brampton’s beautifully preserved, old, classic churches - with three golden and ivory clad bridesmaids and three chocolate-brown cloaked groomsmen, at their sides.

Jamie wore a private label gown by G, that sparkled with intricate beading and lace along the ever-so slight princess cut bodice. She carried a bouquet of pinks and creams and just a touch of greens which seemed to compliment her delicate alabaster skin-tone flawlessly.

Eric was literally beaming with a smile that was both bold and real, throughout the day’s events. And how could he not? He was marrying his perfect match, his best friend and partner. His real life dream come true, Jamie.

We are so honoured to have had the opportunity to photograph the wedding of Jamie and Eric – something about the two of them just felt right, felt real and we felt privileged to be a part of it. Thank you, again, Jamie & Eric for allowing us to document this perfect day for you.
