A burst of sunshine. A dash of pink. A tinge of red in the sea of black and white. It’s all those touches of colour that really catch our cameras’ lenses and leave us with some of the most vibrant, happy shots possible. Sarah + Devon’s wedding at The Manor in Kettleby, Ontario, was filled with rushes of brightness that had all their guests smiling and feeling a little bit lighter with love.
Of course, Sarah was dressed all in white. And Devon and his groomsmen donned the traditional black and white tuxedo. But underneath their black jackets, the boys brought a burst of sunshine with their pale yellow vests and bow ties. And the bridesmaids continued the sunshiny theme with their perfect yellow dresses.
The flowers continued to illuminate the wedding from the ceremony, straight through to the reception. We couldn’t get over the incredible voluptuous bouquets held by both Sarah and her bridesmaids. With flashes of yellow, pink, and red; the bouquets perfectly matched the petals lining the aisle that Sarah + Devon walked down before saying their vows. And the gorgeous ceiling hung vases at the reception were absolutely overflowing with the vibrancy of the couple’s wedding colors.
Tying the sunshine theme together were the smaller touches like the table numbers, stunning cake, favours, and playful balloons. Everywhere we focused our cameras was another brilliant display of color. And Calico Cat Productions caught every colour on video, right down to the glow on the couple’s cheeks. May Sarah + Devon’s future be filled with bursts of brightness.
