It wasn’t too long ago when I had the pleasure of working with the ever charming Sarah + Adam! Their happiness is the type that is completely infectious to all who are lucky enough to be in their presence. They even make each other laugh constantly!
Sarah wore an amazingly gorgeous lace gown which she accessorized with silver Jimmy Choo shoes and diamond earrings from her groom – every girl’s dream! This Pronovias ball gown was specifically for the ceremony, as she wore a romantic Theia “Petal” gown for the evening reception.
The ceremony was beautiful and Adam looked dashing in his tuxedo and black bow tie. The bridesmaids wore lovely ivory rosette dresses by Two Birds, complimented by blush-toned shoes by Nine West. They even wore diamond necklaces to match Sarah’s new earrings!
Sarah + Adam share a great appreciation for art and photography which made my job very exciting that day! It’s always nice to photograph people who love the process and final product of what you do. They were the perfect models and such great sports as I captured them after the ceremony with varying backdrops and props. We were all especially pleased with the phenomenal shot of Sarah holding the bunch of balloons near the white country fence. Her veil was amazing and she looked absolutely radiant!
The sweet couple belong to the Granite Club, so after the ceremony and portrait shoot, we headed over for the amazing reception that Rachel A. Clingen designed. The décor, just like Sarah’s pretty bouquet, was set to soft pink, white and cream. Symmetry Studios provided music and the rest of the evening was filled with fun and love.
The hustle and bustle of everyday life can get to a person. When you’re a couple, the stress is magnified by two. Sarah + Adam were smart in their decision to unplug from the real world (meaning no cell phones or email!) as they honeymooned at their cottage for two weeks. Their love, happiness and commitment to each other are an inspiration and I feel lucky to have met them.
Congratulations, Sarah + Adam!
