Prior to many engagement shoots, couples often ask me ‘What do I wear?’ My answer is most often: anything you want! While many couples dress up, some do not, and that’s fine – the shoot is meant to encapsulate the couple’s love, not necessarily their clothing collection. However, sometimes clients come along that completely nail the wardrobe part – and one couple certainly did just that.
The bride-to-be, who was born in Chisinau, Moldova, and the groom-to-be, who hails from Vinnytsia, Ukraine, met while both at York University. We celebrated their engagement with a stylish shoot (that included the couple’s adorable dog!) at High Park, in and around the BMO field. They both love shopping, and looked absolutely dapper in the outfits they specifically purchased for the day – she, a professional model, looked stunning in a white summer dress, and he looked equally chic in red shorts and a matching red patterned bow-tie!
