This July wedding was an incredible event at the magnificent Royal Conservatory of Music
Every aspect was beautiful: the venue, flowers, crystals, the centerpieces and the custom designed monogrammed dance floor.
No detail was overlooked. It was a wedding that we were so fortunate to be a part of.
The morning of the wedding we met up with the bride, her family, her bridesmaids and groomsmen at the Intercontinental Hotel in Yorkville, an elegant hotel right across the street from The Royal Conservatory of Music, their reception venue. The suite was beautifully set up, displaying every gorgeous wedding accessory, including shoes, jewelry, flowers and the stunning custom designed letterpress invitations. It was a photographer’s dream. As we were leaving the hotel they party received a special surprise. Waiting outside were the Ontario Provincial Police. As a gift to the family, they provided the group with a police escort to the church. Everyone in the city stopped and stared to take in the sight.
They were married at St. Andrew’s Presbyterian Church in Toronto surrounded by their closest friends and family in an intimate ceremony. The breathtaking bride walked down the aisle, her veil trailing behind, while a Scottish piper played the bagpipes. It was a memorable entrance we could never forget. Everyone was stunned seeing this a one-of-a-kind dress made by international Israeli designer Inbal Dror. She was the very first bride in Canada to wear this exquisite gown that was crafted with an expert eye for detail.
The Royal Conservatory of Music was a perfect fit for the couple’s dream wedding reception. The décor was beautiful and lush. The head table was long and elegant, draped with silk linens; displaying awe-inspiring flowers, centerpieces and candles of different heights. It was the most beautifully decorated room in the city that night.
The reception area at The Royal Conservatory of Music is covered in expansive windows that feature spectacular views surrounding the newly renovated additions to the historical Royal Conservatory. The venue also has outstanding acoustic properties that perfectly highlighted the sounds of the band. With impeccable mood lighting and delicious food, it was easy for the guests and the happy couple to enjoy themselves all night.
