As a Toronto local, it is sometimes easy to forget how truly magical some parts of our city really are. I was reminded of this very fact when I adventured to Toronto Island with this glamorous couple for their engagement shoot.
What I found particularly mesmerizing about Toronto Island on that day was that every part of it, every nook and cranny, every moment of our spectacular adventure, provided me with an opportunity to capture the couple in their absolute element. The pure number of different locations that we could shoot from were truly astounding – from snapping a few cheeky shots on the ferry, to capturing the enchanting beauty of the couple in amongst the cherry blossoms (a rare sight indeed, given they only bloom for a few days a year!), to a casual-chic shoot at the beach, with the city dancing in the background. Of course, the raw beauty of the island was greatly enhanced by the incredible couple – true beauty meets true love, if ever I have seen it.
